Do I qualify for free shipping?
All orders over $75 ship free within the Continental US/ Domestic only. Our Synthetic wig collection always ships free.
How long is your shipping time?
Most of our products ship from our Maryland location. Processing time is 7 business days and should arrive 1-5 days. Some of our products ship from our LA warehouse. These items ship in 1-3 business days and should arrive in 3-7 business days depending on shipping location.
All custom products have a processing time of up to 20 business days. Please keep this in mind when placing order for a item labeled custom.
Can I return my custom necklace?
All custom items are final sale.
To ensure the quality and accuracy of our custom jewelry, wigs, clothing, and accessories please expect a process time of 5 to 50 business days depending on the item.
I received an order confirmation, when will my order be shipped?
After your payment is authorized and verified, it will take an estimated 1-7 business days to process your order, once completed, your order will be shipped using your preferred shipping method.
Orders are processed and shipped on Monday-Friday only, excluding federal holidays within the U.S. Standard (unless otherwise indicated on product page) U.S. shipping time is between 1-5 Business days. Although packages typically arrive sooner, we cannot guarantee when an order will arrive during the estimated time frame. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by Black Glitter Girl or other parties only as an “estimated quoted time frame”. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.

What do I I do if my shipping address is incorrect?
We are not responsible if a customer(s) input the incorrect shipping address during checkout. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the shipping address is correct. Please contact us immediately via phone or email if you submitted your order and noticed that the shipping address is incorrect. However, once the shipping confirmation is emailed or texted to you that means your order has been processed and shipped, so we will not be able to change the shipping address. Black Glitter Girl is not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses once shipping confirmation has been sent to the customer(s).
My tracking says delivered, but I didn't receive it.
If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it. You must address this with your local post office or contact USPS 1-800-ASK-USPS. Black Glitter Girl LLC does not hold responsibility for packages that have been indicated as delivered by the shipping provider.
I only recieved some of my items, where is the rest of them?
For multiple product orders, we will make every attempt to ship all products contained in the order at the same time. However, Products will be shipped separately when necessary. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available unless you inform us otherwise. You will only be charged for products contained in a given shipment, plus any applicable shipping charges. You will only be charged for shipping at the rate quoted to you on your purchase receipt. The entirety of this shipping charge may be applied to the first product(s) shipped on a multiple shipment order.
My favorite item is no longer listed on your site, is it still available?
We currently do not restock sold out products however, we do have certain items available for pre-order. We will ship your product as it becomes available. Usually, products ship within 3-5 business days US and 10-20 International. However, there may be times when the product you have ordered is a pre-order item, which will delay fulfilling your order. We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are pre-order and/or unavailable for immediate shipment.
I made an order. Can I cancel it?
If you place an order with us it can not be canceled. However, some items may eligible for cancellation within 24 hours of when the order is placed. This does not ensure your order can be cancelled as it depends on the product, where it's been manufactured, and if the order has already been processed. Orders already processed and/or shipped can not be refunded.
